— What are subscription boxes?

Subscription boxes are recurring orders of a box with 6 units of yupuffs®: you place a one-time order at our store, but instead of just being a one-time purchase, your billing and shipping information are pre-saved on our platform when you first checkout, and the product is billed and delivered to you regularly.

— How does it work?

It’s really simple! Pick your subscription box (or build your own) and frequency of delivery, then each month - or every two weeks - we will send you a 6-pack of fresh-made yupuffs® in the flavor you chose.

— When will I get my box?

When you sign up, your order will enter our weekly production. We bake your yupuffs®️ and ship your first box up to one week after the first order - you don’t have to wait long to start enjoying yupuffs®️! After that, your box will ship around the same date each month - if you choose monthly delivery - or every two weeks, considering the date of the first shipping.

— How often/when will I be billed?

You will be billed when you first place your order, then again right before the next subscription fulfillment.

— What is the expiration date of each box?

We guarantee yupuffs® fresh 30 days from the shipping date.

— How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?

When you subscribe, there is a link on your order confirmation sent to the email you provided. You can edit your subscription details from there.

— What happens if I forget to change my expired credit card number?

If your credit card processor is unable to charge your card, you will be notified by email and invited to update your billing details.

After three tentatives, your order will be considered skipped.

— Can I order more than one subscription box at once?

Sure! Please note that you can only add subscription boxes to a subscription order. For regular purchases, you must start a new order process.  

— Can I send a subscription box as a gift?

Oh, yes! And we are sure it will be a great surprise!  

During checkout, fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address,” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they never see your payment information.

— Can I pick up my subscription boxes at your location?

Subscription Boxes are shipped free to all US, and cannot be picked up from our location.

— I am planning to go on vacation next month. Can I skip or reschedule my next subscription box?

Yes! You can control your subscription on your customer portal.

— My Subscription Box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please, contact us by email and we will figure out a solution right away!

— How do I cancel my subscription?

When you subscribe, there is a link on your order confirmation sent to the email you provided. You can control your subscription from there: skip, reschedule, edit, or cancel deliveries anytime.

Please note: cancellation is only possible after two fulfilled orders.
In the event you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for.

— What are yupuffs®?

yupuffs® are gluten and grain-free snacks made with yuca flour, also known as cassava flour. It is inspired by a popular Brazilian snack called ‘biscoito de polvilho”. 

— Are yupuffs® dairy-free?

yupuffs® Coconut Oil and Flax Seed are gluten, grain, and dairy free. They contain coconut and eggs.

yupuffs® Parmesan are NOT dairy free. They contain parmesan cheese and eggs.
